Double Pumpkin Pumpkin-Bagel Bread Pudding
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter
5 eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
6 day-old pumpkin bagels (or other flavor) sliced & cut to 1” pieces
Cream sugars & butter, combine with all other ingredients (except bagels). Pour over bagels and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Butter and sugar a 9X13 baking pan or large muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
